Refund Policy

Johnson’s Fuels prides ourselves on offering the best advice on which fuel is most suited to your needs as well as supplying the best quality fuel. However we do understand that very occasionally there may be a reason you would wish to return fuel you have purchased. If you are not happy with any fuel supplied by Johnson’s Fuels please contact us to discuss the reason. You may either exchange your fuel for another product or we will refund any fuel you wish to return that meets the following criteria.

  • Any problems must be notified to Johnson’s Fuels within 28 days from the original delivery date. Any refunds offered after 28 days will be at Johnson’s Fuels discretion.
  • Johnson’s Fuels will only accept returns of fuel in the original unopened & undamaged bags. Bags that have been opened by the customer may not be returned unless there is a manufacturing issue or defect with the fuel itself.
  • The fuel has been kept dry and is not wet.
  • Any returned fuel that is collected by Johnson’s Fuels from the customers address will incur a collection charge payable by the customer.
  • Fuel that has been tipped into a bunker may only be returned at Johnson’s Fuels discretion. Please contact us to discuss your options.
  • Customers wishing to return any products themselves to Johnson’s Fuels premises for a refund may do so by prior arrangement only. No charge will be incurred for this.
